01What is NEXT Capital?+
A tokenized participatory fund bringing investors together around a single token, NXT, to invest in high-potential startups in AI, quantum, agri-food and sport.
02What is the minimum ticket?+
€1,500 per subscription, in multiples of €500. Annual caps depend on your membership level.
03What are the fees?+
3 to 5% structuring fee per subscription depending on your level, 1 to 2% annual management fee charged to the vehicle, and a 20% fee on realised capital gains only.
04Can I sell my NXT?+
No. There is no secondary market. Exit happens upon disposals made by the fund, whose proceeds are distributed to holders.
05How do I deposit funds?+
By SEPA transfer, card or Apple Pay, or in crypto. Each deposit is confirmed then credited to your wallet.
06Is the token on a blockchain?+
Not yet. NXT are held on the platform's internal register. ERC-20 issuance with a whitelist of verified holders is planned for a later phase.
07Who can invest?+
Any adult whose file (identity, situation, source of funds, risk profile) has been reviewed and validated by our team.
08What are the risks?+
Total loss of invested capital, illiquidity for several years and no guaranteed return. Diversify and only invest money you do not need.
